Absolutely terrible. Avoid the ups store on weber road in romeoville. To pack a simple item the lady wanted 24.00 to stick it in a box and add some peanuts and tape it up. Then 36.00 for shipping from chciago to st louis for a 22LB box. Unbelievable, I thought she was kidding when she told me how much. I laughed and of course went to fedex down the street where I had it packed and shipped for 22.98 PLUS next day delivery ground chicago to st louis. UPS said it would take 3 days to arrive. This store is a complete ripoff, I wonder if UPS is aware of the scam they are pulling.
