BEWARE! This company is horrible DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE they hire unprofessional tatooed from top to bottom employees who become agressive and angry if you ask them to reclean areas that they claim they have already cleaned. The owner is rude, the workers cannot clean efficiently and I was told by one of the workers that Paul the owner does not like black people but he will take their money. Do not leave your credit card with them they will fraudulently charge it. I was a customer for years until I just couldn't take the unprofessionalism any longer coupled with running behind the cleaners asking them to reclean areas they brushed over and charging my credit card for incomplete jobs!

All I can say about this company is that it has its bad and good times. My biggest concern and dislike of the company Is that the lady must clean floors with their knees. If that problem gets fixed I will recommend and take back services.

Supermaid cleaning service has to be the most horrible cleaning service I've experienced in my life. I am a 50 year old mother and wife I've use them several times and I am finally fed up with them. Once they come in your house to clean you have to walk behind and check everything because they do not clean throughly they are know for surface cleaning I will never use them again five of my friends have discontinued their services due to the same reason. They are not cleaners at all and oh by the way they will double charge your credit card if they have it on file so do not give them any of your personal business. They have broken things in my home and offered free cleaning services for them. Be AFRAID !

This is a great cleaning service. I hired them to do a spring cleaning on my house and they did such a wonderful job that they are now coming back every two weeks. You can't go wrong with their service--professional and thorough!
