I was told 3x that someone would be out to my house to pick up my drapes. The guy even called me back saying he couldn't make it (from the first phone call), and he would be there tomorrow. Well they never showed up. I called and they said they would be there tomorrow for sure. Well shame on me for believing them again. Don't waste your time with this company.

I have been using them for several months without issue. Then I sent in a green blouse that came back brown. I have left multiple phone messages trying to resolve this, but nobody cares enough to call back. I understand that things happen, but someone should at least call back when a customer leaves messages.
