Formed in 1969, REM Fire Systems Inc. is a provider of fire protection solutions. Based in Rome, N.Y., the firm provides products, such as portable fire extinguishers, alarms, specialized suppression systems, sprinkler systems, fire hose and pump testing, security systems and emergency lighting. It is an authorized distributor of companies, consisting of ANSUL, PyroChem, Range Guard, Pemall, Notifier, Firelite, Napco, AdemcoVista, Badger, Carpenter Lighting and Sonic Alert. REM Fire Systems Inc. has memberships with New York State Building Officials Conference, Builder's Exchange and Chamber of Commerce.
