  While our background is diverse – from project management and general construction to renovation and redevelopment – the firm’s main thrust has been and will continue to be working on projects that call for a higher degree of preparation and attention to detail. Our experience includes nearly 1,000,000 square feet of mid-rise student housing projects as well as many retail centers, medical/professional office parks, financial institutions and restaurants. We have also completed more than a dozen major Higher Education Projects, including classrooms, administration buildings, and several dormitories and fraternity houses. We have completed several clean rooms, more than three dozen new free standing branch banks; 200,000 square feet of data centers; over 1,000,000 square feet of high profile law firms, medical and surgery centers and many other types of professional office interior finishes. We know how to tailor our project team to the task at hand, and have the technical and financial wherewithal to follow through on our commitments.
