I witnessed today a groomer in Rome Ga abuse someone's poor dog. The dog yelled out in pain as she grabbed a handful of its hide and twisted because it moved. I had an appointment but didn't dare leave my puppy with her. I wonder how many other pets have suffered by the hands of this cruel girl. I don't know the girls name but she has long dark hair. She needs to be stopped now.

The manager Christy is extreme rude and has no business in the customer service field. Every time I brought my dog in to be groomed and she was there it was an unpleasant experience. I will never visit there again. She is a fool and should be fired!
