I take care of a disabled vet at Greystone Apts. Since I have been working with my client the residents at Greystone seem to be friendly. I believe that certain residents receive more privileges than others. I can say they have all sorts of activities for the residents to be involved with. The stipulations that they have on residents is a joke. Ie: You are not able to leave your apt. to smoke if they feel you have had to much to drink. I have recently accquired 5 days a week with my client. Last year before he received any help from the State his apartment was in shambles.,ie: dishes in sink and garbage overflow. Management was dismayed by this situation and has given my client a violation.. My client has recently received an a eviction letter from property manager. I am appalled how she is showing disrespect for a disabled vet who served 14 years as a Marine. By the way, he always pays his rent on time....

Saw greystone apts. advertised on internet a couple of weeks ago,Was in town,May 27,happened to ride by and saw a "apts.for lease " sign in greystones window. Parked and went to managers office. It was locked [2:30 pm.] Sign said open till 4:30. Went back the next day and talked to manager and asked if I might look at one of the apartments? Ive never seen such a weird look on a womens face.She said,what? Look at an apt.? We dont have any apts. to look at.She had this startled look on Her face.I told Her I was just going by the sign in the window. I have never seen someone so un=professional in My life. I live on Lake weiss[30minutes] away,disabled,live alone and thought about moving to town.Lived at the same residence for 40 years,never missed a utility bill.I would have made someone a good resident. What goes on inside The greystone in Rome? I wish another citizen would go by and ask to see an apt. and see what happens.Please write a review and let Me know what they look like.
