After a week without cable and finally getting someone out to check the problem, I received a charge for $60.00 on my bill for "trouble call." Spoke with an acct. person, who informed me that I could add a service protection plan for $3.95 to my acct. to keep from having to pay service calls. NO THANK YOU! She just kept repeating this to me and was no help what so ever. I have been with this cable company for so many years that I can't even remember how many. I will now be shopping for another cable/internet provider.
