I am very disappointed with my experience at Ciao Bella. I am an artificial nail wear for the past 20 years. I went to CB to get the shellac nails for the first time. I was really hoping that this natural nail treatment would be wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the overall look of my nails. It seems that the coats were too thick and it caused a ripple look on my nails. I tried a few more times before I decided to stop. I just wasn't satisfied with the look. After about a month, I went back to try the Gel Nails; hoping this would look more professional and nicer than the Shellac. I was very much disappointed. The nail tech even commented that the gel was too thick and she was going to switch to OPI products. Even my coworkers thought it was a sloppy job. The same day, I went back under the impression that they would remove the gel nails and I would get a regular manicure later. I was not offered anything and left with nothing. The customer service was very lacking.

The best massage I have ever had!!! Incredible atmosphere. You HAVE to check them out!
