Rome City apartments are a good place to live if; you do not mind the directors family that live there reporting false information. The director actually let her sister take a petition around to have another tenant evicted. (a witch hunt) because they do not like them. The director also does not do yearly reviews. The sidewalks are not kept free of ice in the winter. She also lets certain people get away with utilities being shut off, without evicting them. I still live here but am planning on moving ASAP.
