At Age Well Life Care Solutions™ we have a passion for helping seniors and their families find the right solutions so that they can successfully navigate the challenges of aging. Our motivation is to transform the aging experience for all seniors, and whenever possible, help them to remain in their homes while they age. Owner Jill Smith is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), trained in a variety of health-related fields to include but are not limited to: Gerontology, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Health, or other similarly related health professions. We have extensive knowledge about the quality, costs and types of resources that are available within our communities to help our clients connect with these resources or set up appropriate services, to assist with the challenges of aging.
