We recently purchased flooring for our kitchen. It took about six weeks to get it installed. The day of installation the flooring contractor called and said that our flooring was damaged when they went to pick it up and they would not be able to install that day because the store did not have enough of the flooring in stock. Needless to day we were extremely upset. I spoke with Richard (store manager.) I explained the situation to him and he said he would investigate to see what happened and get back with me. He called back in under an hour and had a couple of different solutions for us. He tried to locate an installer for the next day but was unable to. However, he did find an installer that was able to do the job on Monday. The installers were very professional, nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed with them. Even though we had this problem I must say Lowe's (Richard) stepped up to the plate, took responsibility and made sure we were happy cusotmers. Great Job!
