Their annual service contract is fair offering more than JUST 2 visits and they work hard to put your HVAC needs first for your comfort. I have had repairs, quotes and installs done with Mitchell's and the service techs are like family. Doing the job right comes first. They work on many brands and do not push one over the other but work with you for the best choice for your home and budget.
