I lived at Allegro for two years while attending Sonoma State University. Having a set rate for rent with utilities included every month was great. I never had to worry about paying more when my roommates took super long showers or left a light on at night. There were also some great events that had raffles for some awesome prizes, and some FREE food which I always welcomed as a college students. Right before I left management put in a fitness center. I wish I could have used it, but I think it's great to have at an apartment complex! I had a great two years there and I hope everyone will seriously consider living here for their first off-campus housing. It is a great transition from the dorms to "real life." :-)
