Provided by YP.comI went to this store and was told the only way I could get internet service was to sign for their elypsis jetpak hotspot device. I was to sign a bunch of papers in order to get this service. I had an uneasy feeling so I saved all my documents.
The device never worked. It had very poor reception and I was only 5 miles from the cell tower in Fordland. I tried to return the product but the sales agent refused to take it back during the 14 day warranty period. He insisted I had to call technical services before he would discuss it with me - NOT what he said when I signed the forms.
Eventually I ended up returning the product. It was NEVER worth the hassle. It just got worse. I recieved a letter saying they took $150.00 from my credit card account. They said I never returned the Jetpak Elypsis device.
Just so happens I had a paper signed by the store Manager, Mr. Hicks - that I returned the device with the vin. Number to prove it was true. When that was proven, they then said I owed them the money because I did not return the device in the original 14 days.
I had a signed paper from verizon saying I was relieved of the early temination fee of $188.00 because of all the trouble I endured. The company told my credit card company - that it is a store fee I signed... They still are owed the !
$150.00 fee they took out of my credit card without authorization.
All I can say - is the new manager Josh - as of the end of 2014 swore he would do right by this terrible situation. I proved my case over and over that I did everything I was supposed to in this contract.
The company is BAD BAD BAD to deal with. They truly hurt me because I believe there is good companies in the world, but they gave bad service from the very beginning.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!! Even with proof - this company is willing to hurt the consumer.
The new manager Josh went on to tell me how the store was poorly managed and the old manager left... he found the elypsis jetpak in the back room that I said I had a signed return copy for . He said I would have to fight to get my money back through the credit card company.
Do not trust these people. They are not a good firm.
