      I have never worked with a company that went as far as Factory Direct Purses to make my buying experience a pleasure! I telephoned, unsure of exactly what I wanted to purchase, and Stacy listened to my needs and concerns. She made several suggestions and even helped me place my order. My items arrived quickly, packaged very secure and was exactly as described! The luggage was perfect and the matching duffel was exactly what I needed for a carry on. I will never shop any where else because I know that I will be looked after and can trust whatever is told to me by this company! Thank you very much for your outstanding customer service and quality items! I am a very satisified customer!
