Rogers Middle School is a part of Elk River Area School District 728. It educates more than 950 students in grades six through eight and has over 85 staff members. The school s core curriculum includes English, math, social studies and science. Located in Elk River, Minn., Rogers Middle School also offers classes in art, family and consumer science, choral and instrumental music, industrial technology, computer applications and physical education. It additionally supports student-led conferences, exploratory classes and advisory programs. The school s counselors offer social, emotional, academic and career counseling services. Its media center provides an array of encyclopedias and other reference books. Rogers Middle School also serves afternoon meals and encourages parental involvement in campus activities.
