considerably cheaper because it is 2nds, rejects or mexico which is about 1/3 strength of certified steel you get what you pay for if that works for you great but don't think just because the overall size is the same that it is the same stuff

These guys have a great selection and for the things I was looking for the few times I've been in, they have been considerably cheaper than most. Plus, they are really good to work with you if you don't need an entire 20' section of pipe, for example. I got an unbelievable deal on 1/8" sheet metal there (a somewhat smaller piece).And, they don't think you're an idiot just because you don't weld for a living. I assume they're still the same crew....it's only been a year or so ago.
