Established in 1904, Lake City Elementary School provides education to students in grades kindergarten through five. Its curriculum offers science, English, math, social studies, language arts and physical education. The school organizes a variety of sports activities, including baseball, soccer, tennis, softball, basketball, volleyball, and track and field. The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including quizzes, variety shows, painting, band, dance choreography and music. It has various student clubs, a library and cafeteria. The school provides health services, transportation and meals to students. Lake City Elementary School is affiliated with Anderson County Schools and is located in Lake City, Tenn.
