Very rude and unacomedating owner. I understand if he has a policy about not setting others stones in "his" settings, if that's what he chooses, but do not treat a potential customer poorly for asking. I will set my beautiful one carat ring is someone elses veragio setting. Maybe they will appreciate the business. "really."
