I originally found this garage through Angie's list. They were the only Angie's List award winner close to where I live. I've been there a few times over a couple years since finding them, and I am always pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and very fair prices. They have made repairs where the dealerships wanted to replace parts unnecessarily. They have always had a very quick turn around for repairs to my Jeep and they have fixed things that I just thought I would have to live with. In that case my trailer hitch was frozen in place but they were able to get it out so that I could put a bike rack on my jeep.
Their garage is clean and it's in a very safe area with nearby dining if you are waiting on repairs.
They are reliable, trustworthy, effecient, and very good at what they do.

Terrible experience. They mechanics do not know how to do major work (heater core) costing over $1000, the customer service is bad---they don't call you back, you have to call them to find out status, etc. and then they don't value your time whatsoever. I will never use them again for my Volvo or future vehicles.
