I discovered a gem of a therapist the other day. Donna . I went in a little skeptical, since I'm usually very particular about my Therapist. Since Lorraine wasn't available , I thought ok I'll give Donna a try. Lucky me! Donna was amazing! PERFECT pressure (deep/firm), and she got all the right spots. She checked in with me on his pressure a couple times at the beginning and left me alone afterward, which is to my preference. I hate it when therapists are too chatty, coz seriously? I came to relax, not to have a conversation!

My husband got me a gift card from massage envy which i used today. All i can say is "why didnt i come in earlier" . I saw lorraine. She is amazing. She found knots that i didnt know i had. Just Great !

They have a wide range of therapists all with different skill sets, but all of the ones that I have experienced all try to give you the best massage possible and are very responsive to requests. Scheduling has always been easy - some therapists are more booked than others, but the front desk staff is always helpful in finding an alternative for the type of massage therapy sought. They have a wide range of hours available so it's easy for me to get a massage around my schedule. The staff is always friendly and as a somewhat regular customer, they have taken the time to learn my name and preferences and always make me feel like a valued customer favorite, or highly recommended because

i.e., A localI've been in dire need of a massage since moving to Coram. The move took a lot out of me. I have chronic back problems, as well as carpotunnel. Based on the reviews here, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. My wife and I went together, and both got the introductory priced 1 hour (50 min) massage. We were greeted professionally, and given paperwork to fill out. Both the greeter AND the therapists took time to discuss our particular issues before starting. The greeter assigned a therapist based on what we needed, and the therapists adjusted based on what we told them, and continued to adjust through the entire hour. Personally, I require someone with a firm hand - I have a lot of muscle tightness and swollen tendons. My therapist had the strength required to really address the problem spots. She wasn't shy about using pressure, checked on me when something hurt. I told her that if it got to be too much, I'd tell her specifically - and instead of being paranoid when I said "ouch" she simply continued on. EXACTLY what I needed. Sometimes it's gotta hurt a bit to feel better in the long run. When everything was over, we were NOT accosted going out to sign up for a plan or anything. I knew ahead of time that there were memberships, but no costs were posted. I like that they allowed ME to ask about it, rather than try to hard-sell me. They simply explained what it was, and that was it. The therapists made it a point to give us a card with their schedule on it. The value, I must admit, was significantly good. I have no objection to paying $59 for an hour massage, especially when it lives up to my expectations and more. My wife was equally satisfied, and we both purchased a membership. I'm looking forward to my future visits, and I highly recommend this franchise to others. favorite, or highly recommended because

My wife and i go once a month and just love it.We use the couples room everytime.I was a little hesitant to get massages on a regular basis.I am so glad i listened to her.Its great.It gets us out of the house and away from the kids.LOL....
