I have been a customer of Rocky Point Jewelers for about ten years now and I have spent a generous amount of money in return for beautiful jewelry. I am satisfied with prices and repairs.I am now choosing to NOT be a customer anymore. On several occasions I have heard arguing and yelling coming from the back office area to which I do not wish to hear. Mostly I am saddened by the treatment of the wonderful ladies who work there. I have had a very uncomfortable moment where I had watched the man (who I believe owns the store with his wife who also works there) belittle his worker in front of me. An embarrassing moment which I will never be apart of again. I have seen this treatment go on for quite sometime now and it cant be chalked up to just a bad day. No job is worth it to endure that kind of behavior. I cannot and will not participate in such a hostile environment.

Beautiful jewelry. Expert jewelry repair and extremely courteous service. Very pleasant atmosphere. Great selection of Pandora charms. Very pleased.

hello, i am glad to see there are honest people still out there. i have been going to RPJ for a long time and everyone is so nice. all the others just don't care. anthony gave me $6.00 for each and every silver dollar i had. i believe i had 250 of them that i had from vegas years ago. i came out with a nice bundle. christmas came early for me. boy, was i surprised.

a great place to walk into, they really have nice things. i like almost everything. anthony is a charming man and is very honest and eager to help. i purchased a necklace and ring set for my granddaughter for he holiday and i know she will love it. i had found a bracelet and it was broken and i didn't know what it was made of. i showed anthony and he advised me it was 14k gold and was a heavy piece weighing 26 pennyweights. he asked me what i was looking for and i did not know it's worth so he offered me $100.00 for it. it was a lot heavier than what i had just purchased for $650.00. he explained to me that it was a retail price and he has to buy at wholesale and the piece was broken. also said he was doing me a favor and couldn't sell it because it was broken and he was just putting it in the drawer and it was worth far less than the 100 dollars he gave me. how nice is that? i will forever trust anthony and rocky point jewelers. the best and honest.

Today I brought to Rocky Point Jewelers an expensive brand new Swiss watch, because I wanted to change the crown (winder) to something a little fancier (I brought the crown with me, made by the same company as the watch). The jeweler there attempted the task, and then told me the part was the wrong size. He then couldn't put my watch back together, and handed me back a broken watch. When I said to him "it worked fine when I walked in here," he uttered the following unbelievable response: "I don't know what to tell you. It's still under warranty, send it back to the company and let them take care of it." The watch was running perfectly, so the jeweler must be incompetent. At the very least, he should have offered to have it fixed for me. But I guess he couldn't be bothered. So much for "customer service." I will NEVER go there again. But on a brighter note, at least he didn't charge me for breaking my watch.
