I was recommended to call this company to check my heat pump out. I was in shock to find out how much they charged me for gas >50 dollars to make a trip to my house (I dont think you can take a heat pump in, can you?) the man said well it took me a while to find the house. complaint 2 I just so happened to marry a man that also used this company. Our heat pump was installed by them so when it broke that was who we called. We were charged 90 dollars to come check it and then they called and said they needed to replace something on it that was covered by warranty and we were charge another 150 dollars to come back out to fix the problem plus labor to replace the part totaling more than 400 dollars. Something is not right here. I would never recommend them.
