      Called them on a Sunday morning and no hassle and quick service. Ken came out and knew exactly what to fix at a resonable rate, Great Job

      Is it broken?

      We called Air-pro here in Rocky Mount to inquire about our air conditioner not keeping up only during the hottest times of the day. The man was very nice and asked us questions first before coming out to fix something that might not have been broke. Because of the extreme heat we are experiencing this July and with the answers to the questions he asked he determined that the unit was functioning properly. He could have made a service call and charged us for this but he did not. I will call him when I need some work done in the future. Very trustworthy in my opinion.
