Dr.Shiver is probably a fine MD, but Boice-Willis Internal Medicine clinic is very poorly managed. The doctor is over-scheduled producing wait time in the 2 to 3 hour range. I was once left alone in an exam room for an hour (I timed it) after an excessively long wait in the waiting room. The clinic staff is generally unresponsive to requests (like where are the medical record I had sent here?) And, when I provided the contact telephone number for the mail-in pharmacy (Caremark, Blue Cross Federal Employee program) one of the largest in the USA,, a number which was printed on the insurance ID card, the clerk told me to get another number for her because that one didn't go in when she hit "enter" on her terminal. That phone number has not changed in the 20 years I have had to coverage. How's that for clinic management. No doctor is worth this much aggravation. You could die waiting in their clinic.
