I own a 2011 BMW 335i anytime I have a problem with my car I bring it straight to the manager Joe always helps me out to the fullest he's a great guy truthfull and you know it's getting done rite would never go anywhere else

I sent my truck here, it was in horrible conditions. Carlos Hernandez was in charge, I never had a faster More professional experience than this location put forth. I recommend modern tire & auto service to the utmost!

Had my truck checked over and was very surprised that very little needed to be done. Mind you my truck is 15 years old. Got tires for a very reasonable price. (I checked online and was cheaper than any where else) Very pleasant and they even set our company up with a discount! Very satisfied with the service and price.

DO NOT TRUST – PRICE GOUGING AND UNNECESSARY SERVICES ADDED ON

I brought my car in for a check engine light and no heat. I was expecting to need a thermostat. After nearly 2 hours, here’s what I got:

- Confirmed need for a thermostat

- Total Estimate of $636 for following:

o Replace thermostat and gasket

o Radiator flush and fill

o Front-end alignment and 4 tire balancing (Tires were new 4 months ago and alignment done, not that it couldn’t have gone out but…)

o Information access fee

o Additional time

I did not have the work done here fortunately but still had to pay $162 just for diagnostics.

I had the thermostat replaced for under $200 elsewhere.

Took my Honda Civic in for an oil change paid $45.00 (extremely high). Won't go back.

Went for a alignment, paid the $90 which I thought was high. Then I got the car and it still pulled to the right, guy told me I might need new tires . Seemed like he just wanted to make a sale. Then the next day I was inspecting my car to try to find the issue and I checked my tire pressure and all the tires were extremely low. Around 20 psi. Those guys are just lazy, charged me $90 and didnt do the first step in doing a tire alignment by checking the tire pressure. Fancy looking shop with no automotive knowledge be careful !
