This company is an awesome company. They have been working with my company (Stick In Your Head) for quite some time, and they really are the best.



The crazy part is everyone knows they are the best too (referring to other business owners in the same space). I really hope they start a positive review campaign with our company to drive people to write what everyone knows already.

Worst service ever experienced. If they damage your computer which they did to mine, they will deny it and not take fault. Are not experiened with taking laptops apart or doing anything physical to computers.

I have used My Computer Guy for my freelance business and have been very pleased with the service. I have used their in-shop services to have viruses removed and sound restored; I have used their at-home services when I needed help setting up a system (for free); and I have used their remote services when I again needed assistance with setting up and correcting some programs (also for free). The techs were VERY knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not one of them was "scruffy" looking. The office staff inquired about my level of satisfaction (twice). I DO recommend MCG to those needing computer assistance. Not only did they "fix" my problems, they also empowered me with the knowledge of how to PREVENT problems in the future and taught me more than I knew about the programs I use. For the money, it was ALL worth it!

Have used this company and wouldnt recommend to anyone. The tech who came to my home was very rude and scruffy looking. Also, he didnt know much about computers and damaged my hard drive while removing it from the computer. I had lost all my important work data and files. Had to take the computer to another pc shop to get a new drive and re-install windows.
