It is funny that the guy with the guy with the smoke test did not leave his name. Horizon has been of the highest integrity for 12 years. This customer had not been in the shop before. It was a 2005 Honda which likely had never had much if any maintenance. They came in for a check engine light because they cannot get an inspection without fixing the problem. We performed that test which identified the area of concern. We gave them a 14 page diagnostic on the vehicle and had to run a smoke test to determine where in the emissions system the problem was. A tw0 way fuel vent module. Even Honda had a hard time even finding it in their diagrams. There are few shops in town which could have even found this problem. Honda had never even seen a problem with this module. They were completely informed of all charges and approved them. A phone call to a shop getting a price is meaningless until a shop sees all the problems of a vehicle. Ken Sterling

I have taken all my cars to horizon. Recently I took my Mini Cooper in for an oilchange and 80, 000 mile checkup. When I bought the Mini, I was given a few oil filters with it so I asked them to use one of them. They agreed. They were ready at my appointment time, called me to let me know it was done and I was on my way. At home, 20 miles away, I noticed a new patch of oil under the car. I called and they told me not to drive the car, and dispatched a tech to my house immediatly. He discovered that the oil filter was defective and leaked under pressure. He changed the filter, cleaned up the oil and was on his way... in the rain. I highly recommend Horizon and Ken for all your auto needs. I also have a 1970 Corvette and they are the only ones I will trust to work on any old/classic cars.

My family has been going to Cliff Payne, the service manager at Horizon, for over 30 years for our repair and maintenance needs. He is now servicing 4 generations of our family. Their work is outstanding, always reasonably priced, and if I ever have a problem with the repair, taken care of immediately. Our family has come to know virtually everyone in the shop and after the money they just saved us on our car over the dealer, we wanted to say something nice about them. S. Lentz

I am a loyal patron of Horizon Auto Center. I have never encountered a more knowledgeable or friendly staff at an automotive shop before. Being a woman, it is very hard sometimes to find auto shops that take the time to explain exactly what the problem is & show me the repairs (in detail) that need to be tended to. I recently took my car in for a routine tune-up; the tech even took me out to my vehicle & showed me a cracking belt (while it was still on my car) that needed to be replaced & showed me how to check my own fluid levels so I wouldn't let them fall so low before servicing my car in the future. The tech was very helpful and I appreciated the extra time he took to educate me on my repairs. I do not have that much experience with cars but now I can confidently check my fluid levels without having to take it to a shop first...this alone has saved me a lot of time and money. Since then, my parents and my best friend have taken thier cars here and were very satisfied as well. :)

AWESOME team of professionals! I had a lot of work done & I have a "new" car now. WOW is what I say about this place.

WOW! That is the one word that I could use to describe Horizon Car Car! I called first and spoke with Ken who was very helpful one the phone. When I arrived, I went in needing a tire repair and was greeted by Kris. He was very nice and informed me that they were closed but still wanted to help me out. Needless to say, I spent the next hour there talking with Kris while he swapped out my tire for a very good used one. Then he popped the hood on my car, gave it the once over and saw that I was low on break fluid.....so he went and got some and filled it up. After all this I asked him "how much", his response, "dont worry about it". I cant tell you how nice and careing Kris was. I wish I would have known about them sooner! Thank you Kris and thank you Horizon for taking care of me like never before!

I cannot think of a better place to take my vehicle to. Everyone at Horizon Auto Center is extremely knowledgable and truly care about your safety on the road. No matter what it is your vehicle needs they have it. They are truly a one stop repair shop. Ken is hilarious and Cliff knows everyone. I took my car in for an oil change, and in the process of changing my oil Cliff noticed that my brakes needed to be replaced. He took me to the car and showed me. Cliff always goes the extra mile for his customers and I truly appreciated it. Thanks Horizon for everything.

Best Auto Repair Experience EVER!!!

I would strongly recommend Horizon Auto Center. Kris was extremely helpful and patient. They pulled up the recommended maintenance for my car specifically so that I would know exactly what to do. I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!! I won't take my car anywhere else.
