Blue Wave Laundromat

White lady is rude. Place is terrible and overpriced. Owner walks in like heis too good to speak to anyone.

It is a rat hole, all they have done is put a coat or two of paint on walls ,as little mantianice as possible. Lived here for 23 years and it keeps getting worse.

Blue Wave is a great place there is nothing wrong with it. I am unsure how nice one would expect a laundromat to be by it is in an older building however it is clean and the machines work great.

The lady is rude and treats you like you're an idiot even when you read instructions on machines that are WRONG. I've been sitting here for over an hour with my clothes finished in wash and my sick 3 yr old BC their machines won't open. The lady had left, was rude when I told her other adult customers had tried unlocking the washers as well and one started smoking! She said she'd have a manager call. Well, no calls and the lady won't answer either. I don't know what to do...

I grew up here in Rockwall and have come here for years off and on and have never experienced anything like bad odors or bad customer service. The owner is always cleaning a sweeping, taking out trash and very helpful and friendly.

The guy met me at the sidewalk 5 minutes til 5:00 to tell me it was too late to start a load. The place closes at 7:00.

Nasty cats walking all over the tables leaving cat hair everywhere...you're going to have it all over your clean clothes when you leave here. Staff is rude! Machines are barely in a condition to get clothes clean!! Stay away from this place...it smells worse than Petco!!!
