Would not recommend this company to anybody at all. Worst service, an have no Clue what they are talking about. I've been in the transportation business for a while, an had no clue what they were talking about when it came to trailers
The most unprofessional business transaction I have ever dealt with. Sure they were polite when I purchased the trailer and then moved out of state, but try getting them to correctly sign the title over. After 2 incompetent tries to correctly transfer the title over and 4 months, the manager here just gave up said he wasn't going to do anything else. My local tag agency was trying to work with them and tell them what they needed to do, but he just replied "I don't care what you do, you're not getting anything else from me". Filing a BBB report. I didn't buy this trailer to have it sit in my yard for 4 months.
Screw these people. I have been trying to get a quote on a trailer for over 2 weeks now.
Seems like they really do not care or the sales person is just a lazy sob. It is not the most expensive in the world, only 4 to 5k but business is business. They will not get mine that is one thing they can count on.
