Our program is designed for anyone and everyone from the complete beginner with no sports or martial arts experience to the conditioned athlete or advanced BJJ student. Standard Brazilian Jiu Jitsu believes that BJJ changes lives and should be available to everyone. Our program is designed to help you lose weight, stay in shape, build strength, develop confidence, and excel in Jiu Jitsu competition. Our program is located in Rockville, MD and is accessible by metro and serves the entire MD, DC, and VA area.
