First Class Company !! I have used them several times. They are always been very professional from the dispatcher to the drivers.

They happened to be the tow company my roadside assistance company sent out to tow my vehicle. The driver didn't verify any information upon arrival and once we reached our destination, he said I had to pay him $90 even though I have the membership benefits of 100 free miles of towing(have had the same membership for 8 years). Totally understood that he was just the tow driver and was following the order put in, but even though my roadside assistance company verified I was a plus member (and my card stated the same thing) he refused to unload my truck. It took two roadside assistance customer service reps to call dispatch and all the while he tried to take my vehicle back to the tow agency because I was refusing to pay him the money. That would have been great for his company, I would have had to pay just as much money to get my car back. In the end, my vehicle was unloaded, but honestly, I wish they lost their certifed status for the roadside company I have a membership through.
I used Morton's the other day and I will have to say that I was 100% satisfied. From the informative phone call with Joey, through the pick up and delivery service, just top notch. I would highly recommend Morton's for any of your towing needs. Thanks Morton's, it's nice to see businesses with customer service still exist. Lee
