These people are THE best. I struggled with another company until it finally wasn't worth the drama. The chemicals are effective and safe for pets which is a huge advantage. (previously we had to leave the house for 3 hours!). The service technician was polite, professional and knew his product. He listened to my concerns and answered completely. What a relief especially after a warm winter knowing we are going to need this servie more than ever this year.

My technician is always on time, professional, and goes above and beyond to address my concerns. The customer service representatives who answer the main line are always on top of my account and know what has been discussed between me and my technician. Great communication between employees. Truly one of the easiest companies to work with!
