The price and countertop installation were very good. The plumber they used is top notch. However, when I reported that the faucet I bought from then and they installed was not working properly, they first told me other customers had had problems also, and they would be replacing them all. I called several times after that, and they had not received them yet. Not a single contact from them. I called again (it's been two months), and now they tell me I have to deal with the manufacturer myself. Not very good customer service.
