In my first time doing business with Gary at Charles Automotive, it was apparent that he was more interested in keeping a customer long term than he was making money off of me. I brought my vehicle in and told him that I thought all of my brakes needed to be replaced. He called me later and told me that I only needed my rear brakes replaced saving me half the cost. This meant a lot to me because I know he knew that I would never be the wiser if he just replaced them and charged me anyway. Instead, he was honest with me and replaced my brakes at a very reasonable price (trust me, I shopped around plenty!) I feel like I have an auto guy I can trust now!
