      Batteries Plus on Rockville Pike has some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They would not exchange my cell phone battery but offered to keep it over night to check the charge. They offered to call me to let me know the results. Hummmm... Wonder how I would be able to receive that call with no "loaner" battery? The Asian employee that waited on me was abrupt, unfriendly and treated me like I was an annoyance rather than a customer.
