This is a very clean grooming facility. I have been going there for over 15 years. My dogs love it. All the groomers are patient and great at what they do. The grooming appointments don't take all day. They call as soon as your pet is done. They really are experts in the grooming field.

I have taken my pet to this place several times and usually received good service. However, one time my dog had such bad brush burn that I had to take her to the vet for medicine, not to mention that now my dog is afraid of grooming places.

i took my dog to this place for thr 1st time and I will never go back. I called first and they said all the right things. I was disappointed when I arrived to drop my pug off and the floor was covered with hair and people were eating at the front desk. They told me 3hours so I left him. I called at 3 hours and they 2 more hours. They was no shaving involved. I went back in 45 mins and he sitting in a crate people were sitting around the front drsk just talking more hair on the floor. I asked what was left and they daid nails so I said I was taking him so they got him out and gave him a quick brush and then when brought him to me his lease was covered with some other dog fur. I got my baby in the truck and he severely dehydrated (he drank 16oz bottle of water) and he had to poop. With 10% dis count I still paid 36.00 dollars which would not have been a problem but he really stressed and the place was a pig sty. I will never return and not recommend because they rude dirty and incompantion. The rating is totally wrong. They really inexperienced as far as understanding a dog needs and stress level. worst place I have encounterrd in CA. STAY AWAY
