  Dr. Wada received his doctorate of dental surgery and bachelor of dental science at the University of California, San Francisco, in 1988. After graduating dental school, he trained to become an expert in restorative dentistry and successfully completed the two-year, full-time prosthodontic residency, also at UCSF. In 1990, Dr. Wada continued his studies at UCLA and earned his maxillofacial prosthetics certification after successfully completing the one-year, full-time residency. After UCLA, he returned to Northern California, where he associated in two prosthodontic specialty practices located in the Sacramento and Roseville areas. respectively. Dr. Wada opened his own Roseville prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics private practice in 1993. Five years later, he moved this practice to Rocklin, where he continues to practice today. Dr. Wada has been active in the Sacramento dental community since 1992, donating time and finances to improve the quality of care for patients in Northern California. In 1993, he founded the Sacramento Academy for Advanced Dental Studies and continues teaching dentists as a member, instructor and cofounder of the Placer Dental Academy.
