This review is for the Viera location. This gym has a lot going for it. It is open 24hrs and has a decent selection of equipment. The membership fees are fair as well. The facility is very dirty especially the locker rooms. I have left complaints at the front desk, called and left messages to not have them returned and have sent multiple emails of which only one was responded to. I have even sent photos of the conditions described. The paper and soap products may go days without being refilled and months have gone by that the floor is not swept or mopped. Trash cans overflow with waste. The condition of the sinks and showers are disgusting. This lack of action and care definitely shows they are not interested in their members. I will not be renewing my membership.
