August 17, 2011 Dr. Barbara Wetmore and staff, As a new patient to your dental office, I would like to thank you for a very pleasant and professional experience. Lynn Ann performed an excellent cleaning, taking care not to damage my 3 repaired chipped teeth. Dr. Barbara gave me a thorough oral examination and provided me with an effective teeth whitening product. The office atmosphere is friendly and tropical with nice overhead TV's and a massage chair , which engage the patient away from the dental work being done. The office staff filed with my insurance company seamlessly. It was well worth the drive from Merritt island to Rockledge, FL to receive such good care. He had several painful tooth infections with cavities, which you expertly filled. His lower eye tooth was broken off at the gum line making eating difficult and he had lost weight. I am happy with the sedation dentistry you gave him to relax, while you extracted the broken pieces, and then gave him a root canal, post and crown. He appreciated your follow-up calls. The crown you placed on that tooth has also allowed him to eat again without pain. He had delayed treatment because his dentist on Merritt Island was charging too much. Your prices were reasonable for such extensive work. Thank you again for being so responsive to his emergency situation. He is very grateful to have such a good dentist. MLW
