I never write reviews but this deserves to be heard. This is the most outstanding Italian Restaurant we have experienced. Dinner was an event, plenty of time between courses and the food was incredible. I thought the wait staff made a mistake when they brought us soup in addition to salad. We are still talking about it, rarely has a restaurant 'stayed' with us, this is a must.

I'm so upset at the customer service I received from the OWNER!

She barred me from the place because of her mistake, and that she's so far stuck up her behind she can't see that she is wrong, both that were there agreed(as they were sitting right there) that I did order what I said I did and she still insisted she was right.

Owner is rude and hard to understand, I have two people who could vouch that I ordered (happened twice) something other than what she gave me and she insisted otherwise, that she was right. Also told me to find my pizza else wear, the BBB will be hearing about this and hopefully she goes back to school to learn how to value customers..

This place is way over priced. Probably due to their rescent interior/exterior remodel. The pasta they serve is braila. Which we all know is about a buck fifty a box. Their pasta dishes without meat start at fifteen bucks. They have meat dishes all the way up to thirty bucks. Remember, that's a one person dish. Not sized for a whole family to share. For a large cheese pizza it's only ten bucks. Surprised? It's actually small for what they claim to be large. The dough is good, that's about it. There's way too much cheese on the pizza. So much, that it just falls right off when you bite into it. And not to mention the nasty seasoning, which will burn your throat. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice. It's quiet, dimmed lighting, very nicely decorated, kinda romantic. That's the best part of this restaurant. But, you know the restaurant sucks when you first walk in, when the old little greets you. I ordered a large pizza, and a strombollie. She first told me the total was twenty-two dollars and some change. I asked her why so much, the pizza only ten bucks. She said the Stromboli was twelve dollars. I replied with, down the street it's only six bucks. I asked her to please take off the Stromboli. She refused, and said it was my fault because I didn't ask for the price when I ordered. Meanwhile, there is no Stromboli listed in their menu. So, shouldn't they tell me the price when I ask do you have this item? Anyway, I go out to my vehicle to get a few more bucks. I walk back in with twenty-two bucks and some change. She thens tells me, "no, it's twenty-FOUR dollars and some change". So, after going to the car again, I come back in to find her and some guy laughing. Laughing at what? I don't know, but all I do know is she gave herself a two dollar tip. I didn't feel like arguing with her about the two dollar difference. So, I paid, got my food, (which sucked) and left. I won't ever go there again! I'd rather go to Carrabbas spend the same amount, get great food, and friendly service.
