My wife and I purchased a Subaru here and it was quite honestly the best experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Normally we HATE car shopping, but John (the general manager) made us feel more comfortable than we've ever felt at any dealership. It's the first time I've ever heard my wife say she likes a sales guy. He was professional but in that laid-back manner that makes you feel like you're talking to your best friend. The cars here are all very clean and the Carfax reports are actually left in every car so you don't even have to ask! Straightforward prices are clearly marked on every car with no huge mark ups so negotiating a price took less than 30 seconds. He is also the only dealer I know who doesn't charge ANY fees! We were used to paying $300-$600 for 'documentation' fees, but John told us he has never and will never charge any fees and we hope he's right because our next car will definitely be from Southern Auto Sales!
