Rented vans for my church numerous times. Mr. McQuage and his staff have always been great to deal with.

Every time I need a rental I come here. There is no better place. Great prices and sweet and caring Employees. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I really don't understand the bad reviews , i have been dealing with bill McQuage and his staff for 10+ years and have never received anything but the best of service !!! they have always treated me with respect and showed compassion for my needs !!! and i don't believe NO I KNOW FOR A FACT that the owner would NEVER use bad language to a customer he is not that type of person or his staff !!!! Even on his bad day you couldn't ask for a better person or business man this man broke his ankle painting his outside sign and he worked with it like that and his attitude never changed NEVER !!! and his phone number has always been the same he has been in my phone contacts for 10+ years , SO IF YOU WANT A GOOD RENTAL THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO ... our car was involved in a fender bender and in other word the other insurance company made us use enterprise and trust me I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN , THEY WERE RUDE THE CAR SUCKED AND DROVE LIKE A FARM-ALL TRACTOR !! I will always use McQuage-Hoffman rentals for all my rental needs......

Owner extremely rude along with other staff. From the time I walked in the door the people had an attitude with me, some way to operate a business and expect people to pay for poor customer service. Owner even went as far as raising his voice at me and cussing all because I had to leave to go get all the information they required to rent a van all because I refused to give him a phone number until I returned with everything required to do it all at once. I would never recommend this place of business to anyone!

So is it the right number or what? good thing i didn't call i just email them but i hope its the right email...well anyways would like for it to give me a rate on the prices would really help to see and how to compare with other rentals didn't give me enough info on this like i thought it would!!!

Thats the internet for you! Thats not McQuages local number, lol. He's been in business 25 years and has always been available to served me and my family with distinction. I'm sure he can do without your business. Maybe next time you're looking for someone or a service in a remote town, use the yellow pages!

I have called this number 100 times since 9 am and its now 1 pm and can't seem to get anyone on the phone. I have nothing to gain from writing this review. Its the gods honest truth
