Established in 1989, Axis Fabrication & Machine Co.,LLC specializes in CNC machining, precision sheet metal, and welding fabrication. The company has a 43,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, and employs more than 50 personnel. Its state-of-the-art equipment include Trumpf lasers cutters & Mitisubishi press brakes, Mazak turning centers and CNC milling machines. Other equipment includes manual milling machines, manual lathes, a Charmilles wire EDM, Diesinking EDM. Okamoto automatic surface grinders, Charmilles surface grinders, heat treating furnace, Welding cells using Miller welders, powder coat and wet paint capability. The company uses Solidworks as its primary computer aided design system.
