Had them come out to service our fireplace in April. Service tech said they had to order the part. Three months later....we have heard nothing from them. Called to inquire and they had no idea what part was supposed to be ordered. How do they keep their doors open?

I bought my stove from a competitor. After 6 years it broke down in the middle of the winter. The competitor couldn't get a service tech to me for 3 weeks. I called H2 Oasis their tech came in 2 days. They didn't have the parts in stock but they pulled one off a machine they had in stock and brought it to me at work. I had the stove running that night. DAVE

I called them to install a chimney for my wood stove. I waited 3 days...they didn't call back! I called them back and told them "I no longer need their services!!" It's the middle of winter, I don't have time for bad services! DO NOT HIRE OR SHOULD I SAY...TRY TO HIRE THEM!!!

In the spring of 2014, we pre purchased 5 tons of pellets. We have received 3 tons thus far, after literally dozens of phone calls. Even when they schedule a delivery date, they don't show up. They do not call to explain, they just don't show. If you call them to complain, they say someone will call you back. Don't bother waiting by the phone, they have no intention whatsoever if calling you back. If by some quirk kf good fortune, you actually get to speak to someone with some authority, they have a plethora of lame excuses. My favorite thus far: if we deliver pellets to you, we won't have any to sell to other customers. (Umm, wait a minute,myou ve already sold those pellets to us.) Bottom line is that they have had my money for over 6 months, but they are not delivering on what we purchased. Evidently, they are selling what I purchased though. My advice? Find a dealer with some integrity.

I purchased a pellet stove back in August have had nothing but problems with I have talked to service several times a week they have sent out three different people to work on it . As of today it stil is not working and have not heard back from the service department in two weeks. Now I have purchased a pellet stove and pellets and still paying also for propane and also unable to use my fireplace. Our neighbors purchase a pellet stove somewhere else and today their home is toasty warm and not using propane

Stove was installed 6/12/12. They came back out, 9/2012 to explain how to maintain and run the stove. Had to call several times to get them out. Customer service is not their strong suit. If you call phone just rings and rings. Stove would not stay running. They came out and replaced the computer board on a brand new unit. Nope still not right. Basically were told tough, we are busy installing more stoves and dont have time to look at yours. Ended up calling place in Grand Rapids, they a few ideas and one of them worked. However, since I purchased from someone else, I am stuck with H2Oaisis. Stove works well. Went back this past week to get more pellets, purchased a ton. Took half home and they shorted us, gave us 24 not 25. Husband went back, and they accused us of not counting right. Told them to come count em. They claim to be a christian place, but the attitute and customer service do not reflect that. Would not recommend them. Spend $ elsewhere.

Very professional employees, highly experienced, I would trust them with anything. Multiple locations make it easy to get pellets no matter where I am traveling.

Great Products & Services

I recently purchased a classic bay 1200 insert, the two installers that were sent were friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Installing this pellet insert will save our family so much money we annually spend $3000 dollars on LP this year we will only spend $500 switching to pellets. The salesman was fair and honest and I shopped around before I went to their store, plus they stock and deliver pellets, not exactly sure what that other lady was talking about. Go and save yourself money.
