Rockford Life Center is a 501c3 tax exempt charitable organization, established in 2002 as a visionary branch of Faith Center Church in Rockford, Illinois to inspire change and to bring assistance to the less fortunate in our community. Today, Life Center has become an influential powerhouse servicing Rockford and the surrounding areas. Our Vision and our Passion is to see our community transformed by the love and power of the life of Jesus Christ. We strive to be His Hands and Feet by meeting the physical needs of our clients as well as each individual's emotional and spiritual needs. We provide Food, Clothing, Health Assessments, Hygiene Products, Baby Essentials, Furniture, School Supplies, Backpacks, Tutoring, Resume Development and Job Search Assistance all at NO COST! It is our Mission to show the love of Christ and bring assistance to the less-fortunate in this community by inspiring change and to aid each individual in discovering, developing and achieving his or her purpose in life ; providing a hand-up not a hand-out. Our facility is efficiently run by our staff and our dedicated leaders. They are our selfless volunteers are whom we proudly choose to refer to as leaders. We realize that our continued success and strong reputation is firmly based in their steadfast commitment and warm compassion. We consider our leaders to be the heartbeat of this vital operation. It is our Purpose to show and remind our community and those in need that even though our economy has caused tough times.There is Hope!
