Granite Territory was timely with all processes. They completed quotes, measured and installed as promised. However, the quote did not include any plumbing work nor mentioned any conversations. Granite Territory never said they did not remove the sink or reconnect. Add cost to the quote for your own plumber. When the installation was complete we noticed several large discolored marks. When questioned the team at Granite Territory said and i quote "it is a piece of stone, you get what ever comes out" They made no attempt to come out to see the marks. Since they had been paid they ignored the situation. I don't believe they take this piece of stone out of the earth and place it in your kitchen...they do manipulate it for size and finishings. That statement used shows they have no pride or ownership of their process. The sad part is they came highly recommended. I regret not going with the bigger company vs the little guy. Live and learn!
