I will meet you where you are at in your journey and help you to establish clear goals to continue the path to a healthy sense of self. I provide a safe container for you to share your experiences and help guide you toward personal growth. I enjoy working with a broad range of clients including families and individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds. I received my Master’s of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Schaumburg. I have obtained specialized training in trauma informed therapy models including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child and Parent Psychotherapy, and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency framework. I have also received training in Evidenced Based Treatment Interventions for mood disorders, traumatic stress, anxiety disorders, and conduct related disorders of childhood/adolescents. I have worked in the field of outpatient mental health for several years and have had the pleasure of working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them to work towards their own personal goals.
