Called them for a new pool estimate since they are local to me, no one answer the call in a normal business hours and I left a message. Nobody called me back, I called again and this time I was lucky to get the owner himself (Brian) who made an appointment. He did not show up, called them furious to inquire if anyone will show up that day to discover that office was closed and no one answer the phone. No one called to cancel or to re-schedule, called again for the third time to get an answer, they asked me to give my information and that Brian will give a call. Never received a call from him or anybody else for that matter, called for the fourth time and they said that he is busy with another call and that he will give me a call once he finish but he never did. Glad that all happened, because that got me to check his clients rating and opinions to discover how bad he is in communicating and how poor jobs he did for them. So much for trying to help local business!!!

BUYER BEWAREIts always someone else's fault. He blames the stress from other customers yelling at him and asks you to sympathize with the 'poor pool builder that is always being blamed'. This strategy gets old after Brian Conlon continues to use it over and over again.I hired Brian Conlon, the owner of Triton Pools (apparently former owner of Poseidon Pools) in September of 2016 to build a custom pool. He promised that by starting in the fall I would have the pool completed by Memorial Day 2017. Over several months he collected $93,750.00 from me, then all the work stopped. He stopped returning my calls and has not to date. My yard is a dangerous disaster with nothing but a gunite shell, some pipes, and equipment stacked in the yard. He left hazardous rebar and piano wire sticking out of the ground. He did not install the Silt Fence as required by the township. Even the work he did do was not done according to the specifications/drawings given to him by the pool architect. I sent him numerous emails and he kept promising to show up but never did. He never responded to my concerns outlined in the emails. I finally hired an attorney and told him not to come back. My attorney has requested that he return the portion of money for the work that is incomplete & in need of correction. The only responses I have received are vulgar and rude with offensive language that does not address any of the issues.Also, the license # that he has printed on the contract is false and missing a digit.
